Namuna College of Fashion Technology (NCFT) is Nepal’s first Graduate Fashion College and introducer of Bachelors level education in Fashion Designing in the country through its Bachelors of Fashion Design (BFD) program in affiliation with Purbanchal University, Nepal since 2002.

NCFT being the first and best Graduate Fashion College in Nepal along with its BFD course, well equipped infrastructures, equipments, well trained and highly experienced faculty members attracted me here. The course covers a wide range of subjects that are very useful and helpful to develop our career. It’s not only limited to designing garments but offers other important course contents too that provides us alternatives for other career choices as well. Faculty members are friendly, helpful, encouraging and motivate us to do various things. I have been able to know a lot of technique, skills, ideas and knowledge on what is fashion designing, the things involved in it and also about how creativity and innovation can be made tangible. The practical knowledge and skills of stitching, sketching, coloring etc has help me to bring out my creativity into reality.

I always wanted to be in the stage where everyone would know my name; BFD was the perfect solution for me. NCFT has been training and educating students to reach their goals and fulfill their dreams in a systematic manner. BFD is a new subject for me but our teachers are friendly and they give their best to make us understand. Compared to other college, I think that NCFT is more advanced and well-managed. NCFT has been successful to provide a peaceful and well-managed environment in my view. All of my queries regarding fashion designing are being solved. NCFT has been showing me a track to reach my destination. I am sure that not only me, all of my friends are also grabbing knowledge and heading towards their destination.
